I'm not sure about the feasibility of this, but I'm putting forward the idea of a job as a member of the Department of International Magic Cooperation, acting an a Correspondent between countries (sort of like an Ambassador?). For Carlisle's case, he'd definitely be the correspondent between France and England. So in essence -
1. Job Title: International Correspondent 2. Job Description: Assuming the roles of ambassadors, this group is found under the Department of International Magic Cooperation, where they send out members to implement and/or discuss schemes with other countries. They are correspondents between the Ministries around the world, in different countries. Acting as the key informants and foreman of the discussions between countries, many international deals are sealed by their efforts. 3. Salary: Probably the same as a Muggle Relations Official
