Cello walked into the classroom and breathed in deeply. It was good to be back in the classroom after the break. Walking up to her desk, she sat down and opened her desk draw. Inside was a stack of papers that she had forgotten to take to her office at the end of last term. She took them out and set them down on the desk. Poking out of her bag was a long peacock feather quill whcih she withdrew and started marking the papers.
This took about 20 minutes to complete and she was glad when it was over. To Cello, teaching wasn't about the marking, it was about the students learning. The marking was just one of those things that had to be done. Sighing to herself, she turned around on her chair and pulled out her wand. With a quick flick, the lessons instructions appeared on the blackboard...
Welcome first years, to your first lesson of Potions! One thing you have to understand is that Potions isn't a simple task. It is a fine art that must be mastered with great care.
For your first lesson you will be having a simple introduction. This will include a question and answer session followed by a lesson on ingridients. Make sure to listen carefully because next lesson will be using your new found knowledge to brew a 'Hearing Draught'. You will learn more about that in lesson two. For now I would like you to sit down and take out parchment and a quill.
Thankyou,
Miss Evans
She watched them appear with little interest as she just wanted the lesson to begin. In the distance she heard the bell ring whcih signalled the end of breaktime. Her first years should be arriving soon....
[OOC: You have 48 hours to arrive. The first five people to come in and follow the instructions will earn 5 house points.][/font]
