Level 5: Transfers (Department of Transportation) The smallest of the five floors,the Department of Transportation, known to muggles as 'transfers', houses the Apparition Test Center, Floo Network Authority, Broom Regulatory Control, and the Portkey office. Level 4: Withdrawals (Department of Magical Creatures) The fourth floor of the Ministry has several small departments, including: Department of Magical Creatures which sub houses the Dangerous Creatures Regulation Committee and Sentient Species Equality Board. Level 2: Risk Management (Department of Magical Mishaps) The second floor of the Ministry of Magic houses three departments. The Obliviator Head Quarters and the Magical Reversal Squad are the two main departments. This is also the home of the Muggle Relations office. Ground: Transactions (Offices) The first floor of the Ministry of Magic houses the offices of the Minister of Magic and the Deputy Minister of Magic. It also houses the Wizarding Affairs sector that deals with the press. There is also a branch of Gringotts located towards the front of the floor to complete the illusion of a bank, but instead of goblins use wizards as the tellers. Moderator: Albus Dumbledore |

Basement: Maintenance (Wizengamot) The Wizengamot is the Magical World's Parliament. This is the high court of the Wizarding World in the United Kingdom. Since the new building, the Wizengamot has been restructured to modern tastes of wizards. Moderator: Albus Dumbledore |
