Colds, Cookies and Hot Chocolate [Lloyd]

Ashleigh smiled and buried herself right into his chest again. She looked up at Lloyd and quickly kissed him. She looked at their fingers twined together and shook her head slightly.

"I should really stop doing that." she muttered, more to herself than her boyfriend. She laid her head back onto his shoulder and dozed again.

Lloyd smiled.

"I kinda like it when you do that." He replied, commenting on her habit.

Lloyd watched her doze off. Never befor ein his life has anyone actually slept on Lloyd. No one over cuddled with him, and no one ever really kissed him, or hugged him.

He smiled towards her and he brushed a few strands of hair away from her face, and behind her ear.

Ashleigh moaned slightly in her sleep as someone brushed her hair from her face. She was absent-mindedly playing with Lloyd's hand again. She was dreaming slightly of once when she was younger and she'd been singing to her sister to help her sleep.

"And when the sky comes crashing down, you'll be with me and never leave me." she'd made the words up as she went.

She sang quietly in her sleep and wrapped one arm around Lloyd, the other just beneath her nose in a tight fist.

Lloyd watched her quietly as she slept. Lloyd held her softly with one arm and let her fiddle with his hand again.

Lloyd sat there looking around, curiously, and just for kicks. He never really took the time to look around and scan the places he has been. The kitchen was kinda dull, nothing really to look at besides people walking in and out. His eyes monovered all around the room trying to find something somewhat interesting to look at but his attention went back to Ashleigh. He smiled once again at teh sight of her.

Ashleigh woke up soon. She didn't feel so tired. She sat up and rubbed her eyes with her fists. Looking about herself blearily, she acknowledged she was in the kitchens. Then she looked at Lloyd and smiled. She was still half asleep.

"Hey hun." she slurred her words slightly from not being awake too long. "Did I sleep long?"

Lloyd smiled as he placed one hand on her head.

"No, not really." He replied.

"A good half an hour...maybe a little bit more." He continued, trying to think about how long she slept.

Ashleigh nodded and curled up against Lloyd. She was cold and wanted something warm. She saw her blanket from earlier still lying in the seat so piked it up and spread it over herself and Lloyd. She reached up and toyed with his hair a bit. For some reason she always played with guys' hair. She played with Alex's and at home her dad's and once she even got away with doing it one of the bullies on the park near her house. Of course they weren't bullies anymore. Ashleigh had made sure of that.

"It's really cold in here, despite it being a kitchen." she murmured.

Lloyd chuckled a little. He wasn't cold, in fact he was just a little bit too warm, but he didn't mind.

"I'm quite warm." He replied.

Lloyd wasn't trying to make it sound like there was something wrong with her, but he had to be honest.

Ashleigh shrugged. "Yeah. I'm probably getting like my mum. She always has a way of being warm when everyone else is cold and cold when everyone's warm. No idea how it works. "

She smiled and kissed Lloyd's lips softly.
