It was a cold afternoon, and the rain that was falling from the sky only help to make it worse. Kera had been walking along the streets of Hogsmeade after deciding that there was nothing better to do. The 3rd year Gryffindor girl was wearing a light blue jacket with yellow flames on the sleeves, and a pair of dark blue jeans. Her black and light green hair was worn down as she usually did with her hood up over her head. It would be hard for anyone to see her eyes or most of her hair, except for a little bit that hung down past her shoulders.
As she walked, she couldn't help but realize that the weather pretty much matched her attitude. Kera had become more of a loner this term, and didn't really have anyone to hang out with. Memories of her childhood seemed to flash before her eyes. Of course the girl wouldn't share any of this with anyone because it wasn't any of their business.
A drop of rain landed on her cheek, as she passed by one of the shops. The cold water felt similar to a tear sliding down her cheek. Why didn't anyone want to be around her? What had she done wrong at this school that she had failed to make any friends who'd stick by her side? Kera was very confused lately and wanted to know why it seemed like people were evading her. Stopping next to a wall, the lonely girl turned to face it and soon a fist went flying toward it. Kera had punched the wall to let out all the frustrations she had felt. The wall did cause some damage to her hand because her knuckles were now bleeding. Turning her back toward the wall, she then leaned herself against it as she began to watch everyone who was walking along the streets.
