Australian Pureblood.
Wand11 inches, Fir Wood, Phoenix feather core.
Fir wood creates a flexible wand which symbolizes malleability, cleverness, and the ability to change, where as the Pegasus feather symbolizes the deep-rooted essence of a dreamer with high expectations.
Your body is the most beautiful royalBlonde hair, green eyes, long legs and curves. There is nothing about Kat that doesn't scream woman in the most stereotypical way. Her skin still leans towards olive thanks to her Australian youth, despite the years she has spent in London. There's an age old saying that the eyes are the window to the soul and that couldn't be more true for Kat, her green eyes shining with laughter, delight or sadness, making her easy to read by anyone who takes a moment to know her. She has never shied away from showing off her figure, and the added curves that motherhood presented her have been accepted into her repertoire with grace. Favouring short skirts, and dresses, or tight pants that show off her legs, the ex Gryffindor knows how to present herself. Her signature blonde waves are now a trademark of her children as well. Her skin is now traced with tattoos of various shape and meaning, some drunken tokens from hostels across Europe, others carefully planned out art. Kat has always used her body as a way to tell stories, and now it is a story in itself.
I know girls that wonder if they're disasterKatie Scarlett Samuels has spent her life believing herself to be a disaster, and along the way she has managed to convince more than one person that this is the truth. She is both in the same breath endlessly difficult and easy to love, with a sharp wit and infectious laugh she is always the centre of attention, whether it be her intention or not. She's always been one of the boys, with no hesitation towards getting dirty, one way or another, and is hardly ever apologetic for how undignified her actions can come across. She lives her life with no filters, and is unapologetically her. If people get hurt, its mostly their own fault for not realising that this is who she is.Kat will probably always be a child at heart. She missed out on much of her childhood, being forced to grow up beyond her years, but since Hogwarts she has slowly rekindled that desire within her. She jokes around, and kids, and plays games and tricks and is quite a good manipulator. She was altered beyond repair from her upbringing, and, while she will not speak of it freely, it is something that effects her every decision. Running, freedom, they are the two things that have made up so much of her personality for so long - running from the past and running from any situation that may relate some way to it in her future. There is however, a strong sense of loyalty, and love inherit within her, two things that despite everything, she can never truly escape from.
Kat is selfishly selfless, putting everyone she loves before her, but often without consulting the other persons desires on the situation. Because of this, she has hurt more than one person in the past as a way of 'saving' them from herself. She has never wanted the responsibility of being someone else's happiness, as she still struggles to find her own sense of happiness some days, and she tends to manipulate situations, or cause disasters when she feels like things are going too well. A classic self-sabotager, sometimes she wonders if a drama-free existence will ever be possible for her, if she will ever learn to relax and accept herself.
Worth more than a man's whim or your father's mistake
Kat has no ancestral family anymore. Once the youngest child of a pure-blood death eater circle, she broke free after seven years of being manipulated, neglected, abused and almost killed. Her mother and elder brother are now both dead and her father is as good as – she will not see him, despite the owls and attempted visitations over the years. The man has a sickness inside him that Kat could never forgive. Her grandfather, the man that raised her, Noah, died before she attended Trio’s and she misses him every day, he was the one source of light in an otherwise miserable upbringing.
Kat made a family for herself during her time at Hogwarts in the Toy Boys and Girls - Straw, Kelly, Logan and Josh, who are always on her mind and in her heart, even when they are apart. But school finished, they grew up and one of them was taken too early, another became estranged, and the group was down to three. In the years since, Queety White, quickly semented herself as a part of this close-knit family. And of course there is her cat, Mr. Jingles. Completing her extended family is Carina Erikson, a girl more sister than friend who Kat grew up with and shared many a horror with.
At twenty one Kat started a family of her own. Married the sweetheart of her Hogwarts days - Straw Buckett, and fell pregnant with what they thought were twins. On the 11th of November 2009, Kat in fact gave birth to three children, First, Joshua, then Scarlett Hyacinth, and finally, the little surprise miracle, Spaiden Noah. These children are her world.
You are a goddamn tree stump with leaves sprouting out
By the time she was seven years old, Kat’s father had tried to kill her nine times, which is quite funny now when you think about the irony. When her brother died that year at the hand of either Voldemort or one of his supporters for failing to complete his mission, Kat could no longer face home, and ran away, into, luckily, the one other ostracised member of her family – her grandfather Noah. He raised her and loved her and helped her to repair the damage a lifetime of Samuels torture, and she grew into a quiet, yet loving young woman. The year before her seventeenth birthday he began to get sick, to deteriorate, and she watched him die before the year was over. She stayed alone in his house for six months before finally deciding to attend Trio’s Hogwarts in 2005. She progressed through schooling making a great deal of friends, the best of which were the Toy Boys and Girls, as well as a great deal of mistakes, and falling in love two times to two very different people (I’ll tell you a secret: She loves them both still). But she grew restless, the wind was calling her and her mistakes were at her heels, so she kept leaving and returning, continuing a lifetime of running when things got too much for her. Kelly always understood, and she was forever thankful for that, but the toll it took on both Straw and Cole was hard on all of them. When Josh died, the best one of all of them, she couldn’t handle it anymore, everything was slipping away and she’d forgotten who she was so she fled for what she thought would be good.Almost a year later she returned, heart full with expertise and the understanding of who she was, a wild enigmatic creature. She had spent most of her time in Spain, meeting locals and dancing free under the hot evening sun. She almost found love a third time to a guarded man with a gentle heart, who, for some reason reminded her of her father, if only times had been different. But there was always something missing. Trio’s was always in the back of her mind. They were always in the back of her heart, and she couldn’t ignore them for long.In the years since then she has come and gone several times since then, falling back into the routine of loving Straw, of being with him, and they finally married in 2009. Later that year Kat gave birth to three beautiful children who have continued to grow and delight her in the years since. Unfortunately old habits die hard and Kat found herself rekindling with Cole early on into her marriage, leaving both the marriage and her relationship with Straw in shambles.Kat has kept her distance for the most part since then, building a life for herself separate from the people she loves most, but close enough to keep an eye on everyone. She has gone back to school in an entirely different capacity, studying psychology at a muggle university in order to find a better understanding of herself. She has big ambitions - of opening a safe home for young witches and wizards, much like Noah's home had been for her, for those children who don't feel safe returning home during the school breaks. It was through this course Kat met another young witch named Frankie, a patient yet utterly unique woman the likes of which Kat could have never imagined. Forming a fast friendship that somehow begged for more, Kat slowly found herself opening up to this woman without fear for the first time in her life, falling in love recklessly yet almost unknowingly until one day she realised she had created a new home for herself in this woman without wanting to run for the first time in her life.
