Family Reunion (Kind of...) ::Jackie and Faline::

[Selene Falicon]

It felt like Selene hadn't seen her cousin in ages, even though it was really only a year. But that's not long at all, now is it? she asked herself sarcastically. Then again, she hadn't even seen Faline since she arrived either. It ust be because we're so far apart in age that our classes aren't even by each other. I wonder why I haven't seen her in the Great Hall yet, though. She'd missed her sister dearly, and seh wasn't sure if she missed her cousin or not.

Last time Selene had gotten together with Jackie, she had been kind of mean. Maybe she's nicer now... Or meaner... She wanted to at least get to know her cousin again. It could be a Falicon family Reunion, minus the adults. Which was good. She never liked her father. I wonder if she knows that my dad died... She couldn't remember seeing her at the funeral, but then again, it wasn't like she could see everyone at once. She sat under the shade of a tree, waiting for the others to show up. She'd sent them both owls.

Family Reunion. Uhm. No way she would go. Not even if time it's self push her over there. Noting would convince her. She shoved her books of of her bed, and sat quietly thinking. You are never gonna make friends if you let you meaness get to you. It would be nice if I went. I could apologize to the family.

She shook her head. And sighed. She shifted along in her bed. She couldn't help but wonder where her sister was. She truely missed her sister. She wouldn't show it Of course. She still has great angy with her mother. Sometimes she punched her sister cause of her angry problems. Again, no one knew about that.

SHe got up off the bed. Fine. I will go. But they better not hug me. The Falicons werea ll about hugs. And Jackie hated it And they all had S's in their names. Even her sister had one. Jackie's her name, Stevie, was the only reason why she changed it. The Falicons. Uh. She got dressed. Nothing nice. Jeans, old torn Jean Jacket. And of course her new black converse shoes. Her sister had a pair just like them.

Jackie walked out of her common room. Slowly walking down the stairs. Only trying to waste time. She tripped over a book. She picked it up. Ha. The book her and Brayden had. She smiled, and walked down the stairs. Looking at the note. Walker Lake. Easy to find. She walked alittle farther down the steps until she reached the end of the steps.

Walking out of the castle, was easy. But the hard part was remembering where the lake was. She studdered alittle, and the snapped out of it. Looking at the sign pointing towards the lake. She smiled. An evil smile. She was glad she didn't have to ask someone.

She saw Selene. And walked over to her. Gah, she was here early. She sighed, and smiled at her. A fake smile of course. "Why hello there Ms. Falicon." She looked at her.

Selene was staring out at the gorgeous lake when someone approached behind her and said hello. Startled, Selene jumped and turned around at the same time, nearly falling over. She looked up at the familiar face. Well, well, well, look who's first to arrive! not my dearest sister. Dang. Selene put a smile on and clutched her chest. "You just about gave me a heart attack, Jackie." She laughed.

Selene patted the ground next to her with her right hand. "Here, have a seat! We have so much to catch up on! How long have you been here?" she asked the Mihael. She hadn't even known that her cousin was planning on coming, so it was a shock when she received a letter from her aunt telling her that Jackie had arrived. She put both arms behind her to support her, then lay back on the ground. Aaah! No homework tonight!

Faline walked quickly out to the lake, knowing she was late. She was dressed in jean capris and a blue tank-top with stars on it. It was her favorite shirt. Selene had given it to her for her birthday, which made it even more special. Her class had started and let out late, due to there only being two people in the room when it was supposed to start. She couldn't wait to see Jackie again. It had been so long.

As she approached the lake, she saw Selene lazing under a tree and Jackie standing next to her. Looks like I'm last to arrive. Big surprise there.She quickened her pace and snuck up behind Jackie, placing her hands over the Mihael's eyes. "Guess who!" She had a huge grin on her face at seeing her family. She hadn't made any friends yet, so it was great to see familiar faces.

Gave her a heart attack. They gave her heart sugrey. Always filling her heart with kindness. Yeah right. Where was Selene's sister. Whatsername. Uhm. Falicon. No that's there last name. Faline. Uhm That sounded right. But who cared. She sat next to Selene. She kept quiet.

Selene was being nice to her. Why was this. And Jacks actaully thought she was lat today. Only she wasn't. Great. She sighed and waited on the grass. Which wasn't very fun. She was about to speak when she felt someone put there arms around there eyes. Oh great. Guess Who. "Uhm Faline." She glanced around. And gave her a nasty look
