Josie sat by the side of the lake, admiring the picturesque view. Her hand lay momentarily stilled on the paper resting in her lap.
She smiled and biting her bottom lip gently she returned her gaze to the image in front of her.
The sun rising over the lake had created the perfect muse for Josie and she had, had to capture it.
Everything looked so beautiful so early in the morning, the grass covered in shiny dew and the first rays of light dancing over the crystal waters.
She sighed as she looked from her drawing to her surroundings, she didn't think she was being all that successful in recreating it.
Uncrossing her legs she stretched out the stiffness and groaned at the slight cramp forming in her left leg.
She placed her drawing inside the folder she used to keep them safe and stood hoping to get the feeling back in her legs. Time had once again ran away with her and she had been sat in the same position for a while.
She looked around her and contemplated how she could possibly do her surroundings justice. It was so peaceful and relaxed, how could she possibly put that on to paper?
She stood staring off in to space lost in her thoughts.
