Max laughed. "Yeah, that'll be the best part." she said. She leaned her head back on the ground. "You know, I've never had this much fun with anyone by just lying around." she admitted.
Max nodded. "Laying around is just great after school and isolation." She breathed out. She looked over at Aiden. "Thank you for being here for me." she said. It didn't seem like a big deal to most people, just having someone that cared, but it was one of the only things she had never had. Thanks to Aiden, her life had already improved. She leaned over to him and gave him a kiss.
[[I'm so sorry I didn't reply sooner, my computer wouldn't get the internet =\ ]]
Aiden smiled. "It's always fun laying around when you have someone with you." He said, looking up at the clouds. They were funny shapes.
He looked over at her and smiled. "Anything for you. You're my girlfriend, I have to be there for you."He returned her kiss and brought her close to him. Horatio stretched out on the grass and bathed in the sun. He liked sun bathing.
Max nodded. "Yes it is." she said. She looked around. It was a pretty empty place. No one was by the Lake anymore. It felt calm outside. It was hard not to love it. She smiled. She even had Aiden with her.
Max looked at him. He was always so sweet. She smiled. "You're sweet." she said. "And you know I'd do anything for you." she said. He gave her a kiss and pulled her closer, making her blush slightly. She looked over at the lazy Horatio sunbathing. "I never thought it would happen, but he doesn't want any attention." she smiled.
Aiden continued to stare up at the clouds. He saw some pretty weird shapes. "I see a ballon shaped cloud." He said, looking over at Max for a moment then back at the sky.
A blush creeped up on his face. "Thanks. I've never been called that before." He said, telling the honest truth. Well, his mom did but that was another story. He laughed then. "He's happy in the sun. We'll just leave him alone."
Max smiled as Aiden spoke of clouds. "A balloon shaped one, huh?" she said. "I see it." she replied. She looked up at the sky to see the balloon. Beside it was a rabbit looking cloud. "Do you see a rabbit shaped one?" she asked.
Max could tell Aiden wasn't lying. "I don't know why." she said. "It's true." She laughed with Aiden. "Yeah, we best not disturb him." she said. "Lest he might wake up again." She wasn't too excited to be attacked by Horatio during Max and Aiden time.
Aiden continued to look up at the sky. "Yeah, I see it." He said. looking at the rabbit shaped cloud. "I see a star shaped cloud."
He smiled. "Thanks." He said and gave her a hug. She was the greatest thing that even happened to him. "I love my Maxy, I love my Maxy." He said quietly. He laughed. "Yes....let's leave him alone."
Max searched the skies to find the star cloud. After a minute's searching, she found it. "There it is." she smiled. "Clouds are fun!" she said.
"Your welcome," Max replied, returning Aiden's hugs. She was just so glad to be with him. No one in the world was luckier. She heard Aiden speak quietly, and secretly smiled. She gave him a kiss. She nodded. "Ok, we'll do that." she said, looking over at the sleeping Horatio.
Aiden smiled. "Yes they are. It's more fund looking at the clouds when you are around." He said, looking over at Max and giving her a smile.
He felt Max give him a kiss and he returned it. He rolled over on his side and looked down at her. His one rest rested against the ground while his hand supported his head. His other arm laid across her stomach.
Max smiled. "You're always so sweet." she said. She really loved being around Aiden. He made her day brighter. Since she'd met him and began to date him, her nightmares had been fading away little by little. "I love you." she said to him. When some people said it, it meant nothing. When she said it, her heart was attached every time.
Max felt Aiden return her kiss. Their love was obviously mutual. She felt his arm across her stomach and scooted closer to him to where his head was above hers. She was still laying on her back looking up at the clouds. She searched the skies. At last she found it. A heart shaped cloud. "Look," she said, pointing up at it.
Aiden smiled, a blsuh creeping up onto his cheeks. "Thanks." He was quite. Just thinking. Thinking of things that he had with this great girlfriend of his. She was the light of his life. "I love you too." He said, smiling at her.
His hair fell into his face as the wind blew. It was a nice breeze out. She pointed up at the sky and he looked up. He saw the cloud and smiled. "Maybe that cloud changed into that shape just for us."
Max smiled as Aiden began to blush. As she laid there beside him, her mind began to wander. She was excited to be with him. She could almost imagine being with him all christmas break and not having to go back to that dispicable place. She just hoped that his family wouldn't hate her. Her attention was stolen away when Aiden said the three words she never believed to hear. Even if they said it before, it still made her heart beat faster.
Max looked up at Aiden once more. He was so perfect. She wondered how she got so lucky. His hair fell into his face as the wind picked up and he was still perfect. She smiled. She loved him so. As both Aiden and Max looked up at the cloud that seemed to be just for them, she turned and laid closer to Aiden, as close as allowed. She just wanted to be near him. "Being near you makes me feel real." she said. "Like nothing can ever go wrong." she whispered, and laid her head on his chest.
[hey, do you think we should start another thread and have two going again? It made things easier on both of us and this one might be over soon]
Aiden's gaze returned to the sky. There was a lot of shapes in the skys. He never really noticed stuff like that before he met Max. Maybe things were going to be different. He never had a real relationship but he knew he had a good one with Max.
He felt Max get closer to him and he smiled. Aiden kissed her head. "I feel the same. I feel very real. I've never felt this real before." He said, looking down at her. [Sorry it's been taking me forever to reply. School and work have been running into eachother. If you want, we can start another thread][/font]
Max could hear the rise and fall of Aiden's breathing. His breath was steady, as was his heartbeat. She had never been close enough to hear his heart beat. She had never been that close to anyone before Aiden. How did he do it? Her heart was always racing near him, and she could never stop smiling. She had changed considerably after meeting Aiden. She could finally recognize herself. She used to look into the mirror and see some stranger looking back at her. Nowadays, though, she saw herself, that part of her that was only brought out when she was around Aiden.
Max felt Aiden kiss her head. It made her smile. When he spoke up, though, she looked up into his eyes. His reply made her heart beat faster and slower at the same time. She had never been in a relationship with someone like him before. Well, she had never dated another person before. "Aiden..." she started. "You are the best thing that has ever happened to me." she said.
Aiden's gave returned to the sky. It was very blue and had lots of clouds in it. He never really took the time to notice the clouds. But now, he noticed a lot of things. He changed because of Max and he loved her for it. She changed him for the better.
He smiled and kissed her lips. "You are the best thing that has ever happened to me." He said and pulled her closer. It was so nice to hear someone say that to him. Someone actually appricated him. He felt very loved.
Max noticed how there was a pause between each thing that they said. She wondered what Aiden was thinking when that happened. She knew how much she got distracted whenever she looked up at him. Of course, curiosity got the better of her at that point. "Aiden, what are you thinking about?" she asked. She wished that her 'condition' would allow her to read people's minds, but some things are just too incredible. Even some things in the magical world either didn't exist or was very rare.
Max felt Aiden's lips meet hers. It was a slight shock, but a happy one at that. She looked up at him and when he spoke, her heart melted. She knew that it was the same thing that she said to him, but hearing it is a lot different than giving it, especially when it's meant. She smiled. She kept her eyes locked with his and she opened her mouth to speak. "I love you, Aiden, with all my heart." she said. "I couldn't imagine life without you." She then gave him a kiss, lasting longer than the first one.
