Jacob just returned from America. His adopted parents moved out there cause they thought it would be much safer for the kids. Were they wrong. He walked across the grass that was by walker Lake. He sent a couple of his friends, that he didn't tell he was moving, notes. Not just any old notes notes that made the person think they were getting a party thrown for them or even kidnapped. Jacob had missed talking to his friends. He was gone for over 3 months before he returned.
He walked across the grass that lead him to Hangout park. He had meet alot of his old friends here and he loved this place because of that reason. Jacob had changed since he left Hogwarts a couple months ago. Jacob turned into a skater and he was very outgoing. He wasn't shy Jacob but loud Jacob. That only his really really close friends saw.
The note that Jacob sent to his friends read:
Dear (Fill in name here) Giselle,
I have a huge suprise for you. But the only way you can get this wonderful suprise is if you come to Hangout Park at 5 o'clock sharp on Friday. I will be on the swings.
Sincerely,
Suprise
Jacob walked over to the swings and started to swing on them waiting for Giselle to arrive.
Giselle sat in her dormitory reading..as usual. She was now on the second book of her favorite series called New Moon. Giselle was completely engrossed in the book, reading each and every line carefully. Gee was already on chapter 15 of the book..and she had just gotten it today.
Bella, Gee’s black Pomeranian, jumped around in front of the window and began to bark. Giselle reluctantly looked up from her book; there was a small owl perched outside of her window, a note wrapped around it’s tiny leg. Giselle got up and walked over to the window. She grabbed the note from he owl’s leg and unrolled it, reading its contents slowly.
Dear Giselle,
I have a huge suprise for you. But the only way you can get this wonderful suprise is if you come to Hangout Park at 5 o'clock sharp on Friday. I will be on the swings.
Sincerely, Suprise
Giselle smiled. Jacob Bell.. She hadn’t seen that kid in ages. He sort of just disappeared off the face of the earth. Gee smiled. A surprise? Hmm..she was curious to find out what it was. Giselle quickly primped herself up, brushing her hair and putting it into a high ponytail. With a swift glance in the mirror, Giselle left her dormitory and headed off to the grounds.
She reached Hangout Park, just as the note had instructed. Giselle spotted a boy on the swings. Well, Jacob had said he’d be on the swings. Giselle shrugged and walked towards him. “Jacob?” she asked softly, absorbing the appearance of the boy. He really didn’t looked like the Jacob she had once knew.
Jacob looked up and smiled. Finally he thought to himself. "Yes my deary." he said to her. He hadn't seen Giselle in like years, well it seemed that way to him. He stood up. "And yes I know I have changed like alot. But its all still the same person inside." he told her. "Same old Jacob. except maybe the hair and the clothes and the personality." Jacob told her.
"Okay I don't know what is up with me. I'm like a blabber mouth now. I used to be all shy and sensitive but now I'm loud and just I don't know." he said to her. " do I seem different to you." he asked her.
Giselle blinked a few times. This boy honestly could be the same Jacob she knew. The other Jacob was so innocent looking and everything. This one looked…skaterish.
Yes my deary
Giselle smiled and hugged him. “Wow,” she breathed. “You really changed Jake. You look…way different.” Giselle looked down at herself. She honestly hadn’t changed that much. She was still the same, petite, outgoing Veela girl she was when Jacob first met her. Giselle had to admit; she had thought of going ‘Scene’ before. But she didn’t. She really didn’t think she would look right at besides, Troy might not like it.
“Where have you been love?” she asked, sitting on one of the swings and pushing with her feet. “You disappeared off the face of the earth! And you didn’t even say good-bye.”
Jacob looked around. Giselle hadn't changed one bit. which was good news to him. He felt like he never left at all. "Oh well thats a long story." he told her. "are you sure you wanna know. and have time cause its kinda huge and hard to understand." he said to her.
"But before you answer that I wanna know what has happened since I left with you and your life." he said to her. "A firned has to know theses things." he said to her.
Jacob looked over her and Giselle smiled. He probably noticed she hadn’t changed either. Gee shrugged. Meh..there was nothing she could do about it. Jake had asked her a question, but asked that she answer a question first.
I wanna know what has happened since I left with you and your life
Giselle smiled cheesily. “Well,” she began, twirling the diamond ring on her right hand. “I have a boyfriend now!” Gee was just a little too happy of that fact. She never thought she would be able to say it. “And..well, that’s pretty much the only interesting thing that has happened since you disappeared.” Giselle shrugged. Yeah..her life was pretty boring.
Gee swung on the swing a little higher. “I have all the time in the world now. So tell me. What happened to you?”
Jacob took in the words I have a boyfriend now! Jacob kinda felt happy yet depressed at the same time. Jacob had a thing for Giselle before he disappeared off the face of the earth, in Giselle's words. But Jacob was happy that Giselle found a guy who liked her for her and she obviously felt the same way bout him. Jacob gave off a small smile. He didn't want Giselle knowing that she had a small thing for her. Nor did he want to tell her bout his small thing for her.
Jacob figured now would be the perfect time to tell her what happened. "well, my adopted parents thought it would be a good idea to move me all the way out to America cause they wanted to protect the kids. So I was stuck there for months, years it seemed like to me. And they told me if I didn't go then I would be back in the system...." he told her. "So I couldn't tell any one any thing they took me out the day after they told me. I left at like 4 in the morning. So I couldn't even have my last breakfast here." he told her. "Then when a shooting happened in our neighborhood they decided to move back out here and thats how I'm here now and talking to you. So I guess a shooting was a good thing." he said to her. "But I was forced to go to a muggle school for a couple of months." he told her.
Giselle was a bit surprised by Jake’s reaction. He simply smiled at her..nothing more nothing less. Gee had thought that maybe Jake would be happy for her; that she had finally had a boyfriend who really liked and cared about her. However, his reaction told otherwise..as though he wished it was him rather than Troy.
Maybe he liked me…nah. That can’t be it.
Giselle listened intently to Jacob’s reason for leaving. She nodded every once in a while, her face showing emotions that corresponded with what happened in his story. When she finished, Gee looked down at her feet, still dangling from the swing. “A Muggle school?” she asked him. “Jake, that’s…horrible. They wouldn’t even let you say goodbye to your friends. I really missed you and I was worried something bad had happened when you hadn’t written to me.”
"Yeah well my adopted parents are evil. Some times I think they didn't to adopt me. VCause they give there real kids more attention that me. Thats why I like to stay here for the holidays." he told her. He could tell Gee was thinking really hard about something but he wasn't sure what.
"and trust me I misserd you and every one else." he told her. "If I hadn't left maybe something different would have happened to my friends." he said to her. "And every time I tried to write to you my parents caught me and told me that I couldn't send any of my friends notes. I tried to write you and Illusion right when I got there but it didn;t work at all." she told her.
Gee listened as Jacob said that his adopted parents were evil. Gee frowned, but laughed anyway. “I doubt that they are evil,” Gee told him, still swinging on the swing. “But I have to admit, I won’t complain about you staying here over the holidays. I like being able to spend Christmas with people I care about. I haven’t been able to do that in a while.
Gee jumped off the swing and she flew in the air and landed a few feet away. “Ow!” she yelled, laughing all the while. “ I think I’m getting to old for that.” Giselle remembered being a little girl and jumping off of the swing set she had at her villa in France. She looked up at Jake as he explained why he hadn’t written to her. She instantly felt bad for him. “Oh..I’m sorry. I didn’t know. I honestly thought it was because you didn’t want to be my friend anymore.”
"Now who wouldn't want to be Gee Gee's friend. I know that I wouldn't be able to live if I wasn't your friend." he told her with a smile. He swayed back and forth on the swing. "I think we are getting to old for this." he told her.
"And my parents are bad." he told her. Jacon hadn't told many people about his mom dieing or where he actually went for a couple months. "Gee Gee can I tell you like two secrets. But you have to promise that you won't tell any one at all. Till I tell you that I've told every one." he asked her
