Sixth and Seventh Years: Class Four

[Azar Salinas]

Azar was in the classroom very early, preparing the room for the practical he had planned. The number of desks was down from usual, leaving just a dozen in two rows of six at the back of the classroom. In front of them was a an empty area of floor up to the teachers desk in front of which was a large suitcase that periodically wobbled and shook.

With an absent smile at his 'guest' Azar turned to the board and wrote up a notice for the class to read before the lesson began. It concerned exams, something he'd put a lot of thought into this term. After detailing the procedure for both years, he strode around the empty space in the room, thinking how to conduct the lesson ahead.

End of Term Examinations
Seventh Years
Will be tested on material from any of the seven years of Hogwarts education. A pass will be required for recommendation to graduate.

Sixth Years
Will be tested on material primarily from this term, with occasional parts on simpler past topics. A pass will be required for recommendation to advance a year.

In extraordinary circumstances, recommendation for graduation/advancing can be given with fail/non-attendance. Owl the Professor if you believe you merit such attention.

Joe walked in the classroom knowing that it was about a month from the end of the term and that means the tests to gratuate. Will it just be the what they learned in the seventh year or will it just be from all sevens years. It would be most likely be the all seven years but the head boy doesn't know yet. The ravenclaw looked at the board for the seventh years. any that would be all the seventh years to take the N.E.W.T. All you just have to do is to pass the exam.

After that Joe found a seat in the middle row. He just relized that it was him and the Professor. "Good morning," Joe said to him and sat down waiting for the test. These questions were on his mind. Will he gratuate? Will his friends gratuate? Will he have a good job to keep him busy? Where will he go after this. Soon after the exam will find out where he is going to. All he has to do is just wait.[/size]

[Jodi Peterson]

Jodi wasn't looking forward to class with Professor Salinas. Why should she? It was almost end of term, and still she hadn't had a chance to revise any of her first to third year work. She was just hoping these things where common knowlegde to her know. She realized, from revising Charms, that the spells they learnt in earlier years, where spells just used every day. Although Jodi wished her the best, she knew she couldn't just rely on her memory. It had let her down many times in the past. Was Jodi considering cheating?

Of course not. Right?

It was always an option that Jodi could consider if need be, but the chance she would get caught was VERY high. It wasn't worth it. If she got caught cheating, they wouldn't let her pass the year, probably not even re-sit the year. It wasn't worth it. Especially for someone as knowledgeable as Jodi. She knew she would be fine, but liked knowing she had a back up was comforting.

Jodi walked into Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom at a fast pace. Jodi was determined to walk in and walk out. The longer she stayed in class, the less time she could be studying. As Jodi passed through the door, Jodi first spotted the words "End of Term Exam". After reading the board over twice, Jodi looked to see Joe. A hot flush overwhelmed her in less than a second.

Jodi took a deep breath, and walked to sit down next to Joe, whom was seated in the middle row. Jodi smiled to him, and took her pen from behind her ear. "How are you going?" she said in a fast pace. She pressed the end of her pen with the palm of her right hand, and held the pen at the ready. "You as scared as I am?" Jodi admitted.

Joe heard the door again. Finally someone else came in besides him. It was Jodi, the Head Girl. She has to pass the exam, she can not fail the N.E.W.T.! She just can't! He watched her walked to a seat right next to him. "I'm doing fine, sleepy because I have been studing until about three in the morning and then when back to sleep," Joe explained to her.

After that she had said something about the exam. "Well yes I'm nervous but I think I will do O.K.. Do you think that you will do well on the exams?" The Head Boy asked her. That was the only thing that he could say so far. The exams are just in a couple minutes or when more people shows up to take the exams. Nerve recking. You got to hate that.[/size]

Heehe. Jackson headed off to his Defense Against the Dark Arts lesson feeling better than he had in a while, even though he was pretty damn tired. It didn't help that he'd skipped breakfast, but hey, he just wasn't hungry. Heh. He wondered what they'd be doing, and hoped it would be at least interesting- with the end of term coming closer. End of term was never a fun time, all the professors got all strict on classes and whatnot, and they had exams. Guh, and it meant he was closer to graduation, which meant he'd leave the school before Avery.

Entering the class, he looked around, noticing the shaking case right of. He raised a dark eyebrow, making his way towards the desk in the back, sliding into one in the second row. He then noticed the board, reading the words over a few times. He wrinkled up his nose slightly, poor seventh years. He didn't remember much from the past terms. :/
Good thing he's only a wittle sixthie, eh?

[Forbid Jaganshi]

Nnn. Defense Against the Dark Arts... She always had liked the name. Sounded all creepy and evil; wasn't too sure she liked the class though. Actually she believed the class she liked most out of all of this was her Animagus one. She actually found enjoyment in that one. And she hadn't had breakfast this morning. Again. Playing with her little animal friends seemed to be worth more then food. She needed to spend more time with them anyhow. It wouldn't do much for her attention span though. Perhaps it would diminish said attention span... It was practically non-existent half the time anyhow.

With a sigh she bent over to tighten her boots before continuing on her trek to DADA. Somehow she felt as though this wasn't going to be a fun class... With the end of the term coming up, Professors were having them take exams and such. Definitely not something she was looking forward to. It caused nervousness to rise up in her but she stubbornly pushed it down. She would not be nervous for that would be... stupid. Or not. All the same, she refused to be nervous. At the very least she could hope for something that wasn't too hard... Maybe... Nnn.

Forbid quietly stepped into the classroom and took a seat in the back, glancing at the board. Inwardly she groaned. More exams. Of course. She was expecting that... End of the term and all... She sighed and dropped her head on the desk, deciding to rest her poor brain until class really started. Until then - thy resting shalt take place.

[Alexander W. Black]

With term almost ending and Alexander hadn't placed much effort into things, he thought he just might try and attend some classes at least the one he's been trying to avoid not to miss. The only ones that were really on his list were Defense Against the Dark Arts and Charms. It was too hard for him to keep up with the other classes. It's like all he need was a time turner just to actually make them in time. Especially in Charms.

With a great sigh, Alexander looked over the classroom in which he stepped into. He noticed the same usual people and again he eyed at Jackson. Alexander was still disappointed in the boy. Alex was completely sure that Jackson would have made a great contribution to the team. But sadly nothing could have been done about it. Looking at the board got Alexander a bit queezy.

He couldn't stand the whole N.E.W.T.S. All about those exams gave Alex a headache. At least there was one subject for sure that we was bound to pass, his favorite subject. Sitting on the desk where Jodi had been sitting at, he slightly smiled at her. He'd been so tired, exhausted in fact. His body showed it. And yet here he was fighting, trying to keep everything in order for Eva... But was it worth it now that she was no where in sight. AGAIN.

[Landon Tilbrook]

Landon groaned. Another mourning having to wake up just to get to his classes. He looked at the time. He was early. He layed back and tried to fall alseep but it was no use. Hep ulled on a pair of tight jeans and a black shirt. He grabbed his books. He tried to remember what he had first. Hm..... DADA. He changed books an headed out the door.

He walked down the stairs colliding shoulders with someone people but today he had time o say sorry unlike other days where he just would push past and not say anything. He wondered what they were going to do today. Exams. The word poped into his head sending shivers down is spine. More training for their exams which were a couple of weeks away. He should start to keep track.

He finally rached the door. He turned te cold brass door knob nd pushed in. There were five other students and the Professor. He sighed and took a seat in the middle row also, near Joe but he didn't sit next to him. He'd then be too busy talking than listening. He learned that about himself. Shocking? :]

He got his things organised, and sure enough on the board their was the words exams written. He grinned shaking his head. He leaned down in his chair and looked at the door waiting for more students to arrive and to get this lesson on the road.

[Jasmine Taylor]

My, my, my, how the term had gone by so fast. Jasmine thought over all that had happened this term so far has she walked to class. Her only thought was what was going on in classes? Seemed like this time around she hadn't attended much of them. Walking in she scanned the board before taking a seat among peers. Reading over it more carefully now that she was situated she twitched a little has the suitcase on the floor shook. Now what could possibly be in there?

Monica was not happy. At all. She didn't like this class. She didn't like that she had to get up early just to come to it. She didn't like that she had to be disturbed from her rarely gotten sleep in her dormitory to come to the class only half awake and sick. It just wasn't fun. She would much rather be laying up in her bed with the covers pulled above her head with Zack sleeping next to her. Oh, how she wished she could return to that.

But no. She had to go back to the damned classes. It was her last term at Trio's, it was required that she do good if she ever wanted to succeed in life. Uggh, how irritating. Monica walked slowly into the class, reluctance evident in her features. She felt achy and sick. This was not what she needed right now. But she had to. N.E.W.T.'s were mandatory to graduate. She took a seat nearest the door. putting her bag down beside her desk. She crossed her arms on its surface, laying her head down. She didn't feel good, and she would wait until the professor started class to become fully awake and aware.

^{This term was all too stressful. For the first time in her life, Natalia despised classes and all that they stood for. Every waking moment has been dedicated to studying in some way, shape, or form. There was little time for rest, less time for nourishment. She didn't know how much more she could take. Thankfully, exams were right around the corner, but she was terribly nervous. It seemed as though the knowledge wouldn't stick, no matter how much she studied. This only encouraged the Slytherin to study more. She entered the classroom, glad to see that she wasn't terribly late for class. She found herself a seat and her eyes went immediately to the board. Exams. Natalia quickly averted her eyes; she couldn't take in anything about exams at the moment.}

This was the closer end to her 6th term here at Hogwarts. Soon it would be her 7th term and final. She couldn't belive how fast time flew. She closed her eyes for a moment and kept walking down the hallways. Making her way to her seat finaly. She took out her quill for she thought that she would only need this. For this was part of her final pass for her term. [sucky post]
