Somewhere to charge the iPod.

Crap. My iPod's dead.

Brayden thought as he tried to turn on his iPod when all it said was 'iPod battery low, please recharge. He decided he would stop down by the Muggle Electronics room so he could charge it. He walked out of the Gryffindor common room and walked down the Grand Staircase to the floor where the room was.

Although he was pure-blood, he knew many things about Muggles, for one thing, he had a Mac laptop, and iPod video, and many of the things Muggle kids used to pass the time, so the things in the room wouldn't be very surprising to him.

He opened the door and walked it. The room looked like an ordinary muggle living room. He walked over to an out let and plugged the cord in that was connected to his iPod. It lit up and began to charge. He took out a PSP *Playstation Portable* from his pocket and began to play it next to the outlet where his iPod was charging.

Faron took out her guitar and started to play. She loved hearing the sweet strumming noise. After a while she got bored of it. She decided to walk down to the muggle electronic room. Her footsteps echoed throughout the corridor. She took her ipod with her in case there was nothing else she could find. When she walked in she was surprised to see a boy her age in the room playing a psp. She scrolled through her list of songs and chose 1,2 step. She didnt notice the boy look up.

Brayden was so immersed in his game, he didn't notice a girl had walked in and began to listen to her iPod. After about 15 minutes, he looked up to see that the girl was sitting there, just listening to her iPod. He thought that he should introduce himself, so he got up and shut off his PSP.
"Oh, hello. I'm sorry, I didn't even see you walk in. I got a little caught up in the game." Brayden chuckled.
"I'm Brayden, Brayden Christiansen. Gryffindor" he said, not really knowing if the girl had heard him since she was listening to her iPod.

Faron looked up and saw the boy introduced himself as Brayden. She replied; "Oh hi! I'm Faron Melody. 2nd year Hufflepuff. Don't worry 'bout the PSP thing! I have one of those at home. You could scream in my ear while I'm playin that thing and I wont hear a word!" She got an eyeful of the boy in front of her. She loved to draw and she had lost sight of something to draw yesterday. It took her forever to find something to draw. Brayden looked very different, but in a good sort of way. She noted the expression on his face. She just might be able to draw him. (with a whole lot of luck)

He laughed at how both himself and Faron had a PSP.
"That's cool. Same with me too, I'm always totally immersed in the game." He said, turning off the PSP.
"I'm a second year, too" he added right before he was going to open his locker to put the PSP back.
"So, if you have a PSP. Are you muggle-born, or half-blood, just wondering." he said, trying to strike up a conversation.
