even if you cannot hear my voice
i'll be right beside you, dear
Desiderio Callistus Moretti was a bit disappointed with himself. He had not passed his third year, and as such, was stuck behind while Aaryn moved up to her fourth year. Now he wouldn't have classes with her. Which was ultimately the worst thing ever, since he didn't really know anyone else in the school. Except Avery and her boyfriend and friends, but he definitely wouldn't have classes with them. What ever happened to Isabelle, Analisa, and Harley? His first friends had disappeared. It was very depressing.
However, now he had Aaryn [part of the time] and Cateline. A new girl he'd just briefly met, but they were going to the Halloween dance together, so that cheered him up a little bit. At least he had the chance of making new friends and not going to the dance alone. Going to the dance would be a big thing, since apparently Alessa would be there as well and it would finally show that they both moved on.
Yes, he had moved on. He didn't love her anymore. He didn't even like like her anymore. Sure, he once loved her, but that disappeared when she and him both disappeared. They grew apart, he kissed another girl, she got mad and they broke up. It was understandable. He knew it was his fault because he kissed another girl. However, the fact that she got over him so quick and realized she loved her best friend right after made him care about her less. He didn't feel guilty now. She probably loved her best friend the whole time.
Dezi had worked himself up. Even though he was over her, he still had trouble accepting the fact that Alessa probably cared for another guy the entire time they were dating. He was obsessing over things when he didn't need to. All he needed was time to fully stop thinking about these things, then everything would be back to the way it was before. Unfortunately, he couldn't fast forward time. But he would if he could.
Wandering through the hallways of the school, Dezi was dressed in a pair of gray skinny jeans, a neon green t-shirt with a robot on it and hearts, as well as a pair of green high top converse. Around his neck was a purple bandana, his hands loosely fitted into the front pockets of his pants. Black hair was straight [as usual] and looked like its regular messy-ish self.
He really didn't have anything to do. There were no classes today, since it was the weekend. Up ahead in the hallways; however, he heard some sounds. It sounded like someone running. Turning a corner, he sure enough saw someone running straight towards him. Eventually, she stopped upon seeing him, and he couldn't help but smile as he saw the little kitten chasing her at her feet. It was so very cute. [:
Deciding it was best to introduce himself, or at least say something, he said, "Hey, having fun? I'm Dezi, by the way." He hoped she hadn't read anything in the Gossip Column. Or if she did, he hoped she didn't care about it. He really didn't feel like being scolded or getting called names today. She seemed nice, though. Even looked about his age. Maybe they could be friends. That would be quite amazing.
