Trio's Hogwarts is a more mature role-playing site catered to those a little older in age (not to say we don't welcome newer role-players as well)
Please check out the Trio's Hogwarts Constitution for rules and limitations for characters and how our site it set up.
Afterwards, please visit the Biography Bastion to set up your role-play character and the celebrity claim to lock in your character appearance.
No way. A letter . . . for me? How could that be? I don't know anybody 'cept my grandmother. Why would she write to me? She can barely hold a pen at her age without it shaking everywhere and causing the letters to slur.
Without speaking Charlie opened the letter in which an owl had dropped at his feet. Oddly enough, it had 'Charlie Stroud' written across the top. He could barely wait to get the letter open. The envelope was thin, not a lot was written, Charlie concluded. How often would he get a letter anyway? This was his very first one. And, after feeling alone, he had given up hope in contacting his mother or grandmother.
Dear Charlie,
How are you? Everything is going great here. I thought I'd pick up a pen before you got too old and gave up hope on me. I went to the doctor's again last week. They put me on another pill to help me. But, between you and me, I think they're just giving me these pills to make money. Your mom's been gone for the past two weeks. I'm not sure where she is, but she'll turn up eventually - she always does. Enjoy yourself, and write back, telling me everything that has happened to you so far.
Gran
Smiling as he read the letter, he set it down. Itwas from his grandmother. Relief took over him as he could stop worrying of who sent it. The letter was hard to read because his grandmother had a tendency to write small, and slur her words together. Throwing the letter in his pocket he started to walk out of the Owlery, wanting to write a letter back to his grandmother. The letter would be extremely long, full of mistakes and slurry words.
((don't know if you think this thread exists anymore after a few days, but i'll give it a shot)) ((im going to give it try at first person as well...this should be rather amusing))
Of course here I was, standing out in the cold, freezing my butt off. But all is fair in the sake of getting a letter. Actually there was no letter. 'Twas a small ploy to get me away from the silence of the gryffindor table. I hate not talking, while others remain perky and what not. I am victorious...at least so it seems
Any ways, where was I? Oh, yes.
god dammit. I was freezing my butt off, but then again I'm always cold. I was christened Adalia Blacke, and I shall remain Adalia Blacke, until i can finally change my name. That was a joke. I would never chang my name, because mine is simply better than all of yours. That was a joke too.
Well, I'm out by the owlry, attempting not to get bored. "Adalia, its about time you have had time to yourself," I mumbled to my self, but that mumble was rather more like a grumble.
Slowly i climbed to the top of the stairs, and then slowly again, the smell of owls wafted to my nostrils. "Great Idea Adalia....Great idea." I stated sarcastically.
