AnnaSophia had always wondered what lay beyond that simple dirt path she had seen. It was always a very confusing mystery, and she always thought about it, finding herself lying face up on the ground, staring up at the sky... just wondering how she got to be lying on the ground as if she were dead. Still, she had nearly pulled out her hair because of the frustration that drove her insane. Hm. What lies beyond the path? Why do I never go down that path? What's wrong with me? Do I ask too many questions? The answers to those, are duh.

But, today was going to be very different. She took a deep steady breath and began to walk down the path, her little ragged blue sneakers squeaking ahead of her. That's what she hated about these shoes. They squeaked whenever she walked, or moved forward. It was such a pain and she could go nowhere in peace and quiet. There was always some sort of disturbance, whether it be meeting someone new, or meeting someone old... it was a pleasure, but an annoyance. But, let's get back to those shoes of her's. Annoying little pesks they were, speaking and making a huge amount of noise. No peace and quiet. Though she already stated that.

She finally saw what she was looking for. A garden more beautiful then anything she had ever seen in her entire life. Beautiful flowers and trees and friends and couples... it was all too good to be true. She gasped, looking from corner to corner, taking in every last detail of the entrance to this enchanted garden. "Whoa." she breathed.

And here was Clair off in her own little world. Singing as usual. She shoved her gloved hands into her jeans pockets in a small attempt to keep them warm. You would think that the gloves would be enough, but no. Growing up on a nice warm beach had taken it's told on the Mihael. Her torso was wrapped in a warm jacket and her usual pair of torn and worn jeans covered her legs. A pair of converses were tied onto her feet as she padded along the dirt path, totally unaware of her new surroundings.
Her eyes were closed as the musical notes left her pink lips, floating softly into the air and then disappearing as they faded away.

See, what did I tell you? In her own little world. and being the little klutz she is you can bet that she didn't see the student who lingered not too far in front of her. Even as she drew ever closer, she remained oblivious to the fact that she should open her still closed eyes.

The next thing she knew, she had hit something and was falling back. Now, any other person would have fallen back and caught themselves as they fell toward the ground. Not talented little Clair. Nope. She had to be the special one who, fell back, tripped on a near by bush, and then backwards, plummeting toward the dirt. "Ouchy...." She said more to herself than anyone else, her eyes still shut tight. Lessoned learned for the day. Look where your going (Especially if your clumsy ) at all times. She finally lifted her eye lids to reveal stunning green eyes. Eyes that were filled with an apology that she was soon going to speak allowed..... as soon as she found whom she had so rudely run into.

She got to her feet, brushing herself off as she did so. Why must she wreak havoc everywhere she went? With a sigh, she turned her gaze to quickly find the poor person she had run into. "I'm soooo sorry," She began, walking over toward her, her voice apologetic, "I wasn't watching where I was going.... Are you alright?" Yeah, she probably should have asked this question first before trying to force out a quick and efficient apology. "I'm Clair by the way...." She added as an after thought, her voice calming now after her rushed apologize.

AnnaSophia heard a loud, on-key, strong and passionate singer behind her, but wasn't sure if she was just hearing things or not. She smiled and listened to the tune as it got louder and she kept walking, slowly, but surely. Stupidly enough, Anna had the brains to keep on walking at her slow pace, not even considering the fact that the singer could have their eyes closed and could be immensely passionate about the song that they didn't see her.

Well, good for Miss AnnaSophia Thomas. She didn't see the girl coming up behind her, and even when her voice was right behind her, Anna didn't wince or turn around. She thought it was all in her mind. Oh, how wrong she was. How, wrong wrong wrong. She felt something bump into her, hard and she fell forward, catching herself before the dirt path rearranged her face. She let out a small yelp of shock before rolling onto her back and sitting up.

Shocker.

She looked around for the person who had bumped into her and saw a girl, much older then herself by far and looking very sorry for what she had done. AnnaSophia, being forgiving enough, smiled happily and stood up, brushing some dirt off her pants and shirt and shaking out her small mane of platinum blonde hair. The girl was sputtering an apology, quickly asking if she was alright and then finally introducing herself as Clair.

"Oh, it's alright. Really. I should have known there was someone right behind me when I heard your voice get louder." she laughed happily, "I'm fine, so no worries. Oh, right. Nice to meet you Clair! I'm AnnaSophia Thomas, first year Mihael and proud." she grinned, extended her dirt covered hand. She quickly gasped and wiped her hand on her jeans before extending it once more, a slight blush on her cheeks.
