James walked around not really sure where he was going. He was tempted to go back into the forest. But after what happened last time... He didn't want to get in trouble again. At least not so soon....
James continued walking around exploring the castle a bit. He went outside and began walking on a dirt path. He continued walking and looked around. he ended up in a garden. He looked around in surprise. The garden was really cool. There was about every flower he could think of there. He saw some new ones that looked pretty cool.
He kept walking threw the garden. He saw a small reflecting pool. He took a seat next to it. He poked the water, yeah you heard him he POKED the water. He watched the ripples before getting up.
James looked around one last time. Hmph pretty impressive James thought to himself. He walked under a tree and took a seat. He was pretty tired and before he knew it he fell asleep near the tree.
Note to self I miss you terribly This is what we call a tragedy Come back to me, Come back to me, To me
Josie walked slowly through the tunnel that led to the enchanted garden, outside once again, she was contemplating moving her bed outside somewhere, she was rarely in the castle anymore. As she thought of the pros and cons of such an idea she made her entrance in to the enchanted gardens.
She hadn't actually been in here before, she had never been in the mood and she suffered from Hay fever. That many flowers spelled trouble so she had steered clear. Curiosity had gotten the better of her though and after a quick trip to the school nurse here she was.
She had had heard it was beautiful but nothing had prepared her for this, the colours and the smells overwhelmed her and she didn't know where to look first there was so much to see. She wasn't a Herbology buff so she recognised few of the things that were growing there but she could appreciate their beauty.
The pool caught her attention and she made her way over for a closer look, she had heard there was some sort of plaque within it and she wanted to see if it was true. Yep it was clearly visible but the water had recently been disturbed so she couldn't make out what it said.
Wondering what had disturbed the pool she glanced around. This place was home to so much wildlife there was bound to be the odd animal around. She took the camera hanging about her neck hoping for a photo opportunity. She loved capturing moments and she was just looking for her next one.
Thats when she spotted James. She remembered him from their forest encounter, the thought made her smile. Was he . . . yes he was asleep. She grinned oh how the tables turned. She approached him silently, she could do one of several things, surprise him to wake him up, wait for him to wake up on his own or capture him asleep with her camera. So many decisions.
She was busy thinking and not looking where she was going so when the twig snapped under her foot she jumped slightly. Glancing at James she wondered how audible it had been.

{{its cool =] sorry for the short post}}
James continued sleeping on the tree. He heard a noise, he wasn't really sure what it was. It sounded like a twig snapping or something. He was too tired to check. He moved around a bit to get more comfortable. He then realized how dangerous it was for him to be sleeping all outside... You never know what people could do.......
James was really tired so he didn't really care what happened to him as long as he got some sleep. He slowly drifted back to sleep.
Josie watched holding her breath as James moved around a little clearly disturbed by the noise she had made, she was going to have to work on her sleuthing skills. If she wanted to be an Auror it wouldn't do much good if the people she was after heard her coming.
She grinned as he settled back down in to sleep, well that settled it then. If you would go about falling asleep in open areas you were just asking for trouble really. Anyone could come along and snap away. It was really your own doing how the picture came out.
She leaned down and took up a kneeling position, with him on the ground it meant the angle would be better and the shot closer and clearer. She had to stop herself from giggling as she brought her camera up to line up her shot. Looking through the lens she saw the serene look on James face, he looked quite sweet really asleep amongst the wildlife.
Adjusting her camera slightly to get a better focus she smiled as she readied her self and pressed the button. The camera clicked rather loudly as James' image was imprinted on her film. Straightening up she hoped he had a sense of humor. She realised she didn't really know him and he could take this one of two ways. One was good the other not so much.
Figuring it was best to let him wake up on his own she started glancing around looking for her next image there was so much to chose from she could spend the day out here, she wondered how much of it James was going to sleep away.

James continued to sleep until he heard another sound. He moved around a bit, then opened his eyes a bit. To his shock Josie was there, a little close too. James was wide awake now, as he looked around.
He looked at her, the camera in her hand, then back to her. Did she just take a picture of him? asleep? He thought to himself a bit confused. Well thats what he gets for falling asleep outside ~_~
He was sure that he heard a camera click. James looked at Josie a bit confused. People didn't usually take pictures of him while he was asleep. James wondered what the picture looked like......
"um.. Hello?" he began still a bit confused.
"Uh.. Did you just take a picture of me?" he asked her. "If you did... can i see?" he asked her with a grin. He always wanted to know what he looked like asleep. Now he had his chance. He looked to Josie waiting for her reply.
Josie was staring off in to the distance when James came round. She had her arm on her knee and her head in her hand, slightly tilted, staring at the little pool. Some sort of creature was skimming the surface creating little ripples where the water had been disturbed. The sun caught the creatures wings and sent little rainbows dancing off in every direction. A bit like a sun catcher. She smiled and was about to take a shot of it so she could look the creature up later when she heard James' voice.
"Oh . . . hello." She said in reply to his somewhat confused greeting, "Glad you could join us, did you sleep well?" She asked a soft smile playing about her lips.
She laughed as he asked her about the picture, "Nope." She said shaking her head, sending her dark hair dancing about her shoulders. "Doesn't sound like something I would do. Taking pictures of helpless sleeping students . . . " She trailed off a mischievous glint playing in her eyes.
She grinned when he asked to see, she handed him the camera. It was an old fashioned one but her dad had played around with it, so it had some modern aspects. You could bring the photo up on a little screen much like a Muggle digital camera but you had to develop them by hand and they didn't move like most wizarding images.
She threw him a teasing smile. "I think you look almost Innocent." At least he was in a good mood. She could think of many people who wouldn't have been to pleased at being woken up full stop let alone being woken to a picture. She waited to see what he had to say.

"I slept fine thank you" said James with a small smile. He watched her as she answered his question. She denied taking the picture of him while he was asleep. James watched her curiously.
Josie handed him the camera. It was one of those muggle camera's. Where the pictures stood still and didn't move, how odd was that. Still pictures seemed very boring and dull. He looked at the picture which showed him asleep while he leaned on the tree trunk.
He looked up at her when she said he almost looked innocent. "I look alright" he said crinkling his nose. "But the photographer didn't do a very good job" said James with a shrug. He then grinned at Josie hopping that she knew he was just kidding.
James stretched a bit before standing up. He walked over to where Josie was. He put his cold hands into hi s pockets and looked around. It was really cold outside, to his dislike. James looked to Josie wondering what he should say next.
"What brings you here?" he finally asked her. James looked around once more before putting his attention back on Josie.
Josie watched James as he had a look at the picture, she grinned at his comment, "I'll let her know your opinion." She said pretending to be serious. "I've heard she takes criticism hard though so you might not want to be around when I break it to her." She threw him a teasing smile.
She shrugged when he asked her why she was around, "Well as entertaining as sitting round the castle with nothing to do is I thought I might have a wander round." She said smiling, "I haven't been here before so I thought I'd check it out." She pointed to her camera, "Thought I might put that to good use."
"It was either here or the forest." She paused then added, "I think its a bit soon to be venturing back in to the forest." She grinned remembering the last time she had been there. Her visit hadn't exactly gone to plan.
"How about you?" She asked turning the question round on him. "What brings you out to sleep in the gardens?" She asked a soft smirk playing about her lips.
Sitting down on the grass she crossed her legs under her and looked at James waiting for his reply.

James listened as Josie talked about the photographers reaction. He just grinned when she said they would probably get mad.
"How was detention?" he asked her. He knew that she also got detention along with him and another student.
"I was exploring the castle for a bit, then i fell asleep here" he began. "Then i woke up because somebody took a picture of me asleep" He said looking at her.
Josie laughed softly when James mentioned the Detention they'd both been given, "Highlight of my week." She said sarcastically. She was smiling though so you could tell she was only messing around. "No it was fine," She answered honestly. "Not how I'd pick to spend my time but it wasn't horrific, Anya's really nice so I guess that worked in my favour."
"How was yours?" She asked in turn, "They didn't make you give the giant squid a bath or anything did they?" Yea she was in a rather silly mood if you hadn't noticed. Hohum.
"Now who would do such a thing?" She asked innocently after he made his comment about the picture. She smiled at him her green eyes dancing with mischief.
"Find anything interesting in the castle?" She asked she knew he was a first year and thats about all she knew really.

{{sorry super late}}
"Detention was alright" he said with a shrug. "Professor Black seemed kind of pissed though" he continued with a small shrug. Detention wasn't that bad. If he got in trouble he wouldn't mind getting detention again.
He looked at her after her comment."Some very bored weird girl" he continued looking at her. He grinned a bit hoping she knew he was kidding.
"Not much" he said with a shrug. "I didnt get to do much exploring" he continued. He had a lot to do.
"A Professor not happy to be holding detention, now that does surprises me." Josie said with a sarcastic smile. Well clearly going in to the forest hadn't done much to either of them. That was alright then.
She grinned at his comment about being bored and weird. She pulled her best 'very funny' face, the kind where you actually find something funny not the kind where you are being sarcastic, and laughed before commenting.
"Yes she sounds a little odd." She agreed with a smirk.
She pretended to be shocked at his exploring comment, "First you don't get very far exploring the forest and then the castle." She shook her head, "Your slacking really." She added with a teasing grin.
The castle hid some amazing rooms with different qualities that could keep the finder amused for hours. The hidden corridors and secret passages were entertaining and exciting and the staircases were a danger quite frankly but it was all fun to discover.

[[bad post sorry =[ ]]
When Josie mentioned that the girl was a bit odd."Yes she does" he said looking at Josie. He leaned back on the tree and looked up into the tree. A couple of leaves fell. Then he turned his attention back to Josie with a bored expression on his face.
He just shrugged when she was telling him he was slacking. "I have 7 terms here to search" he said with a small grin. He doubted that he could see the whole school in one term. The school was huge and there were lots of different rooms here.
Josie grinned as he agreed with her statement about being odd. She couldn't dispute it really, fact was fact after all. It didn't bother her she liked being odd little Josie it made life so much more interesting. What was normal anyway?
Josie laughed, "Yes I suppose you do," She agreed, gosh only 7 terms. It had seemed like such a long time to spend at school but her first term had flown by so fast she had barely seen it, now she was well in to her second and third was fast approaching. "You best get started soon." She said pretending to be serious. "Time flies where your having fun." She threw him a teasing smirk. "Looking forward to Christmas." She randomly asked. The thought had just popped in to her head. Something else that had kind of snuck up on her.
