So what did you think I would say?
No you can't run away, no you can't run away.
Why did I come in here again? she sinlently asked herself. Selene hated the forest, yet she went into it again, not even thinking about the trouble she would get into if she was caught. For some reason she was in the mood for something scary and exciting. Or, atleast, she had been until she'd finally gotten what she wished for. The Ravenclaw was deep in the forest, no clue how to get out.
Suddenly Selen heard a stick snap behind her. Turning abruptly, she found no one there. She continued walking, more cautiously, her ears listening for the slightest sound. She suddenly turned around, again, as she heard leaves rustle behind her. Nothing was there. Her eyes grew wide, unsure what could be following her, but knowing there was something. She couldn't be imagining all this.
Quickly turning around, she sprinted forward, trying to find her way out before the thing attacked her. She knew if she just reached the edge of the forest, it wouldn't dare try to get her. Selene turned her head as she ran to see if it was still there, but didn't see anything. Suddenly her body jerked to a hault. Something had stopped her from going any further forward.
Selene stumbled backwards, trying to regain her balance, but failing. She landed with a soft thump on the ground, the leaves covering up the noise. She completely forgot about the noise as she brought her hand to her head, a headache starting to throb. "Oww," she groaned, standingup slowly. Landing on the ground hadn't hurt her at all. It was the speed at which she ran into the tree that got her. The world spun for a moment before finally staying where it should be. Hearing more rustling leaves, she pulled out her wand. She knew she would be no match for whatever it was, since she was knocked silly at the moment.
