Austin sighed as he stepped out of the front doors of Hogwarts. It was like a few hours ago that he had spoken to Phoenix at the dance. They had arranged to meet at the lake. He arrived there ten minutes early so that he could just take in what had happened. A smile still on his face as he walked down to wards the lake. He sighed again a happy sigh. All he could think about right now was happy thoughts. And of course Phoenix. he looked back into his mind when he first met her. He and his friend Max were in the QQ talking when she walked in, not seeing them. She was singing to herself. He remembered, the first thing he did was smile.
He walked down to the water and felt it with his hands. It was nice and cold. The weather was perfect at that moment. There was a light breeze that hit he face nice and cooled it off. He was still wearing his tux because immediately after he went with his friend Kel to the dance he headed straight out doors. He undid his collar to his tie. It was choking him. Right then and there he make a note to himself to never wear a tie again. He layed down in the grass and wiped his hands on it. Set then behind his head and relaxed enjoying the weather and thinking back on his success through out the day.
Ania walked down torwards the lake, smiling as she saw Austin already there. She still had her cinderella dress on, the bottom hem dragging across the damp grass. She made her way down to him, all the while sliding off her gloves. She left on her jewelry, only takin her hair down and removing the tiara that set within her raven curls.
She smiled sweetly as she easily sat down beside Austin, her dress fanning out on the ground beside her as she looked over at him. She couldn't help but smile, her emerald eyes meeting his.
Austin smiled as Phoenix walked up to him and sat down next to him. "Hey. Long time no see." he told her smiling. It had only been a few hours ago that they had spoken. "Did you go back into the ballroom and hang out with Gerard?" he asked her. Not being sure if she had gone back in there. She was really pretty. Her emerald eyes were so amazing. He blushed just looking at her.
"Yea... I did. It was fun..." she said with a light shrug. She looked at Austin and smiled. He was so sweet and she couldn't believe that she hadn't seen it before. She was so happy to just be here with him. She looked up at the moon, the light making her eyes sparkle even more.
Austin smiled and replied, "Well good, I'm glad that you had fun." he sighed. Everything was perfect right now. "Hey i was wondering if you would like to go out with me sometime?" He liked her alot and more than normal. She was beautiful and sweet in every way. And he had always wnated to ask her out an dnow he finally had!
She smiled brightly and nodded her head. "Of course I will Austin.... I thought I made my feelings clear at the dance." she said with a small laugh, referring back to the kiss she laid on him before she went back to the dance.
Austin smiled. She had said yes. "Well i know it is just i wanted to make it offical." he said with a smile. He smiled and leaned over. He kissed her gentley on the lips. He was having such a great night. "How about you have lunch sometime at Hogsmeade?" he asked her still smiling.
Ania smiled as he kissed her, her eyes showing her emotions and reflecting her smile. "Lunch in Hogsmeade sounds wonderful..." she said sweetly, laying back to gaze up at the shining stars above them.
"Well good then. I will OWL you the date." he said grinning. He felt so lucky at that moment. he just sighed a happy sigh and laid down in the grass next to Phoenix. Everythig about that moment was perfect. The stars were beautiful that night. Each one was shining just like her eyes.
"Okay.... that's sounds great." she said with a soft smile. She felt so happy... it was strange for her. She was honestly, once you got past her bubbly shell, a focused, headstrong warrior. She had taught herself to be that and that's all she thought she'd ever be. But austin had changed her... for the better. A chill shot through her and she couldn't help but snuggle close to austin for warmth.
Austin smiled as they laid there. The wind blew and made them cold, they snuggles up next to each other for warmth. Austin smiled and said, "Do you want to go inside to like the QQ were it is warm by the fire?" It sounded really good to him right now with it being all windy and everything.
[lol its cool.] "Okay then," he said standing up. He reacheout a hand to help her up. Once she got up they walked back to the castle and made there way up one floor to the QQ. Austin and Ania walked through the door. He saw a nice warm fire and a sofa that nobody was on. Or around. There were only a few people in there. "Wnat to go sit down over there?" he asked her pointing to wards the sofa.
[hey lets just say on this thread because or else thi sone will be like really short! ]
"Sure...' she said with a sweet, reassuring smile as she took a seat on the unbelievably comfortable couch. "This is nice and cozy..." she said with a small girly giggle. She quickly covered her mouth in attempt to cover up the laugh. "I hate it when I do that." she said with a roll of her eyes.
Austin smiled and laughed a little bit. "No it is fine." He sat down next to her and relaxed on the couch. Ahh. Everything again was great about that moment. He had the best girl in the world and the best couch in the world. He sighed and asked, "So how is things with your parents?" he asked a little bit concerned. They spoke in the dugeons and things weren't so great with them. But then it was none of his buisness. "Sorry i should but out.... It is none of my buisness."
"Things are.... as usual. Bad and worse..." she said with a light sigh. She had always seemed so bubbly, but it was all just a prestige... a clever act so that no one would ever no how she really was. "I can't wait 'til I can move out..." she said with a small shrug. "And thank you for asking..." she said as she leaned over and tenderly kissed his cheek.
Austin frowned if things were that bad with his parents he would defanily move out. But things weren't that way with his family and his sister. The frown although went away as she kissed him on the ckeek. hh leaned back and said, "Sure anytime." he thought about what they could talk about really they could talk about anything! There was so much that he didn't know about her. "Have you met my sister Nessa Hansen? She is really nice you should meet her sometime." he told her smiling. Nessa was normally always smiling. but lately she hadn't been becuase of the break up. He really needed to see her and soon.
"No I don't beleive I have but I think I've heard of her..." she said with a soft, sweet smile. "I'd love to meet her sometime..." She stopped and thought about everything for a moment before she spoke. "You know, when we first met I never thought of us... well, you know, ever getting together. But recent;y, everything just started to click and us[/] seemed right."
Austin smiled and said, "Well that makes me feel real good about myself. When we first met i never thought of us getting together." It was kinda funny but he was sure that is not what she had ment. It was kinda the same for him. When he first met her she was just a nice girl that was really pretty. Things had changed. Well he still thought of her as a nice girl don't get me wrong but he also thought of her as his first and only love.
Ania smiled and kissed him tenderly on the lips, savoring the sweet moment between them. "That was to show you what I meant..." she said with a slight laugh as she brushed back her long hair and looked deeply into his eyes.
