Charlotte wasn't going to rush her exploration of the place called Trio's Hogwarts. Not only were there many places indoors to find, but the school grounds were huge and there was even a little shopping place called Hogsmeade that they could shop at. It was all very exciting. However, she didn't want to explore it all in one day, or she'd get bored. She wanted to stretch out the days she would explore. It would be much more fun that way.
The first thing she came across was something called the Courtyard Maze. She found it quite easily, and stood outside the entrance, staring into it. A labyrinth of hedges winded around inside, and it looked like a very hard maze. Oh well, she would take the challenge. Dressed in some dark blue skinny jeans, a red t-shirt with a yellow star design on it, and some bold red high-top Converse, she entered the maze. Dun dun dunnnn.
Inside, she found herself coming to a lot of dead ends, and eventually, she began to get tired. Even worse, some wetness started falling down into her face. Looking up at the sky, she frowned and groaned. Dark gray clouds were gathering, and the rain started to come down harder. Now she really wanted to get out of the maze.
Walking faster, she weaved through the hedges. A crack of a twig behind her made her turn to see what it was while still walking, then BAM! - she hit right into something.

Brent had chosen this fine day, to get himself lost in the maze. Like his cousins before him, the boy had no scence of direction. He had worn the propper attire, black jeans with a few rips in the knees, only from his clumsiness. He wore a large black hoodie with silver lettering across the front that said Silver Fox, that went past his waist, his hair had flattened because of the soft drops of rain, soaking it.
Walking threw the maze, Brent defiently gotten himself lost. Yay. We're his immediate thoughts. Now here was the challenge, he was to get out of the maze, with no help at all. If so, he would be much better than his two cousins, who both had gotten themselves lost their first time around, and had help getting out. Watching the large hedges with glee, as he followed the long paths, that lead to more dead ends. Sighing Brent turned around and tried a new way.
The hedges, we're losing their branches, as twigs flooded Brents chosen path. Shaking his head, he continued on. Seeing a familiar face, walking in the maze, made Brent pause. There was Charlotte Bryer, the Mihael girl he had met at the Ice Cream parlor. Walking slowly behind her, Brent smirked. A twig snapped on his weight, causing Charlotte, to turn around and run into Brent.
"Are you okay Charlotte?" Brent had to ask her. As he backed up away from her, to give her some space. "Lost? Are we?" he asked with a hint of amusement. "Don't feel bad if you are, I am too... Glad to see a familiar face thought..." Brent said.
A bit shocked at first, she raised her hand to her head, rubbing it a bid. It was just a tad sore and she was a bit shaken. Not just because she had been scared by the sound and hitting into someone, but she was a bit frightened by being stuck in this maze. What were you supposed to do if you couldn't find your way out? Maybe people died in here. She didn't want to find their skeletons. ]: Frowning, the girl's face went a bit pale. She really wanted to get out of here.
Brent was talking, and she looked up at him through damp, thick eyelashes. Shaking her head a bit, she said, "I'm fine. Just a bit shaken, that's all." However, his company made her quite a bit less afraid. At least she was with someone, and someone she knew, at that. A smile crept onto her lips and she said, "Yeah. This maze is huge! How in the world are we supposed to get out?" So he was lost, too? Good, then she wasn't alone. She actually thought that maybe she was the only person to ever get lost, though that was a silly thought.
However, Charlotte nodded her head. She was glad to have Brent here, too. Looking around them, she shivered a bit from the rain soaking her clothing. "So, which way do you think we should go? And how've you been since we last spoke?"

"Me? Well, the usuall, just chillin around the school. Hanging out with the group of friends I have made. Which is great." he told her. "What about you? How have you been, Other than getting lost in this maze." he asked Charlotte. Brent got a good look around. "Well, I haven't a clue." he told her.
Yes this maze was big. His cousin, always got, and it was always in this maze. Brent of cource, was related to her, only because his aunt Adopted her. But either way, somehow the two we're alike. Agreement with Lottie was simple enough. "Yes, I know. Some how I WISHED, I asked my cousin, on how to get out of this maze... Maybe she had a map.. I mean, she used to get lost, but now that she's a 4th year. I don't suppose she does anymore." Brent silently cursed to himself.
As long as the two stuck together. Maybe they would have a better chance of getting out. Simple plan, go Brenty Wenty. "Well, I suppose the first thing we could do, is head the way, you came from. And try to find the way out. If we don't find it. We can always send up Red Sparks, and have a teacher come find us." he told Lottie.
