Some things never change (Tristan)

Amy had just arrived back here to Hogwarts.She hasn't been here, since she graduated years ago.And now to be back here, there were so many memories.After she just came back.Amy took the time, to study the place, and see what was different about it.There was always going to be new students.She decided to take a small walk around.


But as she walked.There were only a few things, that didn't change one bit.Such as the old shops in Trio's Alley.The only thing different about it, was there were a few new shops opened up.Other then that, everything to her, looked the same.Amy walked up to the Leaky Cauldron.It was one of her favorite places to go, when she went to school.

Walking inside the shop.Amy walked over to a open booth.In the middle of the room.She seated herself down.Picking up a menu to look at.Amy went over it, and decided to start off with a Hot chocolate.As she looked around the shop, she saw only a few other people.One or two customers, besides the working staff.Now she only needed to have one of the, employees take her order.Since the business was a little slow.Amy sighed.[/font]

Tristan had yet to see the Alley since he returned to England two months ago. Had it really been two months that have passed since his adoptive mother died and he made the move to return to this place? Tristan could not believe how quickly time really was going by. To make it even more noticeable, his daughter, Emily, was turning six the next day. He was still trying to get over the shock that she was not a baby anymore. She was starting the first stages of true childhood. She was growing up and Tristan was going to have to accept it. At the moment, Emily was at school and Tristan had taken the opportunity to take a quick lunch break from work.

As he came into the Leaky Cauldron, a place that was familiar in his childhood, he stopped to realize that there was a woman sitting there who looked quite familiar. As he walked closer to her, he realized that he knew her. Even though she looked older, there was no doubt that she was that Slytherin girl from his time at school. Sure they did not talk much during their school years. However, Tristan hoped that Amy would recognize him as easily as he had recognized her. He moved over to where she was sitting and put a hand on her shoulder.

"Excuse me," he said. "But I must ask, are you Amy Davis? I believe we went to school together. The name's Tristan Clarke."
