Back at work (Johnathon Harker)

Freddy opened his eyes,it was only 9 am but he wasnt in the frigid north anymore,he was in London and that meant he had to show up in the office as much as he hated it. He got up from his bed and just open curtains of his window of his flat, his flat had view of the River Thames and the Big Ben,that he really liked. Fred loved that he could sit on his balcony at night,sip on whiskey and just look at the Sunset over London.That was precious view,that he really didnt want give up,thats why he sometimes prefered being in London than in Norway.Even though,he held Norway dear since it was his home country and the place he ruled.

Fred dressed in simple blue robes, he really didnt dress robes to go work even though sometimes wore tie but today wasn't one of this days. And since Tidane wasn't around to tell him to dress proper,he was going dress like old Fred. He put on his white leather skin boots and just fixed his hair and walked out of his flat. It was cloudy day in London,but usually it was. Nothing could be expect,either it was rainy or cloudy ,there was no in between.But Will liked it because it meant,it wasnt going to cold. He walked slowly through streets until he reached Minister of Magic.

He entered the lobby and just smiled at the lady in the main desk,who shocked to see him.Yeah,Will really didnt came into the office much but when he did,he got work done occassionally. He took the elevator to the fourt floor into the Magic Creatures Department. Fred walked slowly through the office, drawing stares of people that couldnt believe,he was actually showing to work. Fred reached his desk and just sighted at the stack of folders and reports that needed to be done. He sat down and grabbed butterbeer from the ones, he had left on his desk. Fred took sip and opened one of the folder and as he took out piece of parchment paper and quill and started writing report. It was back to work for Fred,he enjoyed it. He drank his butterbeer and continued to write his report.

<sub>"Alright Listen," Jon started, an annoyed look twisting over his features as he tried to comprehend what exactly this women was trying to tell him. It made no bloody sense, and if Jon was not going to head to work without is god damn cup of joe. It was the only thing that kept him going, and not having left his own office in a day or so he needed the caffeine if he was to keep at the rate he was. "Give me my bloody cup of coffee before I hex you out of that very lovely dress you are wearing" Jon smirked a bit, the women giving a slight repulsed and frightened look. It was an interesting combination of expressions. Grinning, Jon finally received his cup of coffee, letting the sweet aroma to fill his sense before he took a large drink from the rips of the cup. Shortly after, He spit it out. "THIS IS DECAF" He yelled, walking right back into the coffee shop. True, he could have very easily just made himself a cup there in the obliviator office, but Jon was positive that he would die of some form of stomach poisoning if he was to drink that sad excuse for coffee just one more time.

Heading back to The Ministry with the RIGHT cup of coffee resting in his hands, Jon had a more pleasant look on his face, even though the women at the coffee shop wasn't as pleased with him - lets just say he didn't say the nicest things to her. A sly grin on his face Jon made his way to the elevator, holding the door for a few people who entered with him. He was getting ready to head to his floor when he decided that that particular floor of the ministry was .. boring. It lacked luster, it lacked life - Jon had been the only living thing on that floor for days on end now. Pondering, he decided to make his way up to the fourth floor instead, wondering what exactly those crazy creature committee people where up to. They are bound to be more lively then his department.

But he was very disappointed when he arrived at the floor. His cup of coffee pressed to his lips as he entered a floor as empty as his. He sighed, spotting one man who was there working and drinking ... butterbeer? Well that was an odd combination. He grinned, walking nonchalantly to his desk and offering a small grin. "Looks as dead here as it is on my floor"</sub>

It was not his idea to go work in the ministry but he had to do something other than go pick fights around the world. He was getting older and it was just dumb idea now,even though he enjoyed assembling an army and going to fight some country. Even though,he still had the itch to do it, Fred just relaxed now and tried focus on his work and his home and his adopted daughter. Sure,she was back in Norway,but Fred still saw her everyday after work, he was more of a family man now. True,the old careless prince playboy had grown up but that did not mean,he was not irresponsible. He was still irresponsbile bugger cripper that dated Sesshy and countless other girls,no matter what that would never change in him. Being London was change of pace,that he liked and enjoyed, so Ministry work suit him fine.

Fred looked at the stack of papers,he needed to sign,he though sometimes he needed an enchanment for his own signature. He made mental note to ask his brother about an enchanment for his signature. Fred was tired of using quill to sign all the papers,he had to sign and sent off. He was just wonder why did people want keep dangerous creatures with them,they were eventually were going get caught. And the last thing,he wanted to do was to sign on an execution of some poor beat,but he had to do his job if he wanted to keep it.

He looked up at the person that just entered the floor,he grabbed another butter beer and just drank up. Fred just signed another paper and glance at the person,
"It is not really dead, I'm just very behind on my work. Do you got dangerous creatures you got report or do you got something for me to sign?"

He stood looking over the rubble of what remained of his former club house. The emblem of "The Brethren of the Dragon" lay on the ground covered in soot and patches of moss. The once mighty and fierce dragons held on the crest, lay prone, cracked and withered. Their fangs still bared in glorious fan fair, showing defiance even to the progression of time. "Has it really been so long since I've been home?" Huor thought to himself, kneeling down to reclaim his former order's coat of arms. Sorrow struck deep in his heart, the realization that everything he once knew and loved had disappeared into nothingness.

He reached into his pocket, looking for a handkerchief to wipe away the soot and debris from the emblem. He felt a light poke upon his skin, it made him jolt for a moment in his silent pondering. It was a business card, he'd almost forgotten of its existence, until it it abruptly brought him crashing back to reality. It was the reason for his return, after years of traveling the world and cataloging rare and dangerous sentient species, he'd returned the Ministry to give them an updated report of his findings. With a slight sigh Huor, slowly stood and turned away. The time for his appointment was drawing near and he mustn't be late.

After getting lost for the hundredth time, Huor panted heavily looking around the corridors of the ministry. Having only been here a handful of times several years ago, Huor's memory for the endless corridors were less than accurate. Frantically he searched and looked for the proper offices for the Board of Equality for Sentient Creatures. The several bags of belongings he carried began to drain him of his strength, even his lycanthropic endurance was beginning to become tapped.

Thankfully as luck would have it, he noticed a sign that pointed to a wing that was labeled ~"Magical Creatures"~. Thinking not with logic but from sheer instinct, Huor took it running at a quicker pace. Sweat slowly began to bead along his brow. Not so far in the distance he noticed two other wizards, frantically he runs up to them panting heavily. "Exc-...Excuse m-...me.." he holds his hand up for a moment taking a second to catch his breath "eith...whew...either one of you couldn't help me with directions could you?
