In Pursuit of a New Wand

Emitt had recently broken his wand while running through a forest. It may sound stupid, but he was just running around for fun and he tripped and happened to land on his wand and stnapped it in half. It was beyond helpless, so he decided that during his break he would walk over to Olivander's and purchase a new wand.
It was a warm sunny day. so he was in light weight robes with jeans and a t-shirt underneath. Very basic clothing, he was really enjoying the warm weather that they have been having lately. Even though he enjoyed the snow of winter it was nice to have some warmth. Trio's Alley wasn't to crowded today; everybody must be at Organic Park or some other peaceful place to enjoy the warmth. Hopefully this ment he could go in and get a new wand and get out. There was a new owner, but rumor around the street says she is pretty good.
Emitt walked into the store and walked over to the counter and waited for a response.

Isabelle was organizing feathers and heartstrings and unicorn horns and all the other enchanted items that made up her wands. She did her best to keep up on organization, but it is hit and miss with her. She was in the middle of her attempt of organization when she heard the door open, so she put down what she was doing and walked to the counter where a man was standing.

"Hello, Welcome to Olivander's how may I help you today?"

She was pretty sure he was here for a wand, but he could be here on different business. You never know now a days.

"Hello, I am here to get a new wand my old one broke and I really need a new one."
Emitt wasn't sure if telling her what his old wand was made of would help her in choosing a new one, but it wouldn't hurt.
"My old wand was a 13 inch Yew with a Dragon Heart String."
He really liked his wand, he really wished he hadn't broken it, because it had the engravings that his father made before he passed. Emitt could probably do the engravings on his own, but he really hoped that she could try and replicate them or get something close to what he had before.
"Also do you do engravings?"
